The Role
We're looking for a Senior Designer who can lead flagship projects from strategy through final delivery—someone with exceptional taste, impeccable craft, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
You'll own the creative direction on your projects. You're the one on client calls defending your decisions, navigating feedback, and shipping work that makes clients want to work with us again.
What you'll do:
Lead projects end-to-end. Own entire engagements—brand identity, website design, marketing systems—making key creative decisions with confidence and minimal oversight.
Be the client's creative partner. Be the design voice on calls. Present work that lands, handle tough feedback gracefully, and build relationships that turn into repeat business.
Ship high-quality work efficiently. Catch issues early, scope smartly, and make trade-offs that keep projects healthy without sacrificing quality.
Raise the bar for the team. Mentor designers, run critiques, and build systems—component libraries, templates, reusable patterns—that make everyone faster and more consistent.
Who We're Looking For
Exceptional taste. You have a deep, wide-ranging understanding of design styles as they've developed over time—especially in tech and frontier technology. You know why something works, and you can articulate a strong point of view on where design should go. Your reference library is extensive.
Impeccable craft. Your work sets the bar. You catch the details others miss—the spacing, the type hierarchy, the interaction that feels slightly off. You've won awards and probably judge them too. You stay at the forefront of tools and have strong opinions about what to integrate into your workflow.
High agency. You don't wait to be told what to do. When you see a problem, you solve it. When something could be better, you make it better. You've fixed things nobody asked you to fix because you saw an opportunity and couldn't help yourself.
Strong communicator. You present work with conviction, read the room, and adjust your approach on the fly. When clients push back, you know when to hold your ground and when to adapt—and you do both gracefully.
Strategic thinker. You understand the business problem behind the brief. You challenge scope respectfully and propose better approaches when you see them.
Team multiplier. You make other designers better. Your feedback is clear and actionable. You share what you learn, and people want to work with you.
Requirements
Must have:
5+ years of design experience, ideally in a creative agency environment
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste, high craft, and project ownership
Experience running projects end to end and presenting work effectively
Strong English communication (written and verbal)
Strong bonuses:
Experience in crypto, AI, or frontier technology sectors
Understanding of the specific design languages and user expectations in these markets
Industry recognition or award-winning work
Track record of mentoring designers with visible impact
Compensation
We pay above market rates for top talent. Compensation is based on your location and experience level.
